Services

VIP Arabian Desert Safari Dubai offers a variety of desert safari experiences in Dubai, including but not limited to dune bashing, camel rides, and private tours. The details of each package, including pricing and inclusions, are provided on our Site. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Booking and Payment

• • All bookings must be made through our Site, by phone at +971 56 788 6968, or by email at dubaisafari860@gmail.com.

• • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made via credit card or any other method specified on our Site.

• • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking if necessary, with reasonable notice provided to the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

• • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

• • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

• • In the event of a tour cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Customer Responsibilities

• • Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the selected activities. Some activities may not be suitable for individuals with health conditions, pregnant women, or young children.

• • Customers must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides at all times during the safari. We will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from failure to comply with these instructions.

• • We are not liable for any loss of personal belongings during the safari. Customers are advised to keep valuables secure and to take care when bringing personal items on the tour.
